About Us
The philosophy and aim of this center is to provide attentive and loving care to each individual child. Our aim is to provide a “home away from home” with the positive purpose of supplementing family life. We promise to provide high quality, convenient childcare services. We will strive to meet your personal needs and to offer you the best guidance and learning for your child.
Enrollment
Minor Creations is an equal opportunity provider of child care services. Applications for enrollment are accepted without regard to race, religion, sex, or national origin.
The children enrolled must be at least six weeks of age and no more than thirteen years of age.
The following information must be completed and provided before any child can start at this center: enrollment forms, medical forms and emergency authorization forms.
* Medical forms will need to be updated on yearly basis.
